A reference standard for times of climate crisis

Increasingly frequent and intense extreme weather events have highlighted the fragility and risk to basic sanitation services. In this context, it is therefore urgent that the National Water and Basic Sanitation Agency creates a Reference Standard on Security, Contingency and Emergency Measures. In this technical note, IAS presents arguments on the importance and relevance of the standard.
